Pros

CFS does many things well. Training is incredible. I didn't have staffing experience and learned the business from the bottom up. The Employee Owned(ESOP) will be a great retirement benefit. Estimates are that employees that stay with the company will accumulate a great deal of stock that will be worth a lot of money down the road. The ESOP is in addition to a normal 401K.

Cons

CFS will hold your hand when you start. I have read other reviews about micro managing. I didn't experience that. However, I appreciated the hand holding until I knew what I was doing.

Pros

CFS really is by far the best company I have yet to work for. They are a stand up company and truly treats their employees with respect. The company culture is very team based and welcoming of all staff. They provide a truly amazing one week training after you have been on-boarded. In addition, they will then have weekly training calls with top staff nationally. This provides a network that you can call and lean on for advice and support. I recently had the privilege of attending their annual training conference where everyone was so supportive of one another success. It was so great to see every one cheer on each other on and congratulates each other's accomplishments. It is not a dog eat dog environment .

Cons

Hard work but what job isn't.

Pros

What has impressed me the most about working for CFS is the amount of support I have received from all levels of management. In our local office, my manager has been great about doing constructive pulse checks and genuinely inquiring about my performance. She not only listens to my feedback, but uses it help formulate a plan for success. She works as my accountability partner. The overall atmosphere of the office is warm and welcoming. We all have our individual jobs but understand how working together breeds the most success. On a corporate level, it’s beyond anything I have ever experienced before. They truly give us all the tools needed to be successful in our jobs. And it doesn’t stop after the initial training. They ask for our feedback and help us to overcome any hurdles we might be facing. I feel that at any point I can pick of the phone and ask for help and I’ll be fully supported. As for the job it's self, it's highly rewarding. I get the opportunity to improve the work life of my clients and help people find jobs. It's a win win.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. The level of success I achieve is in my hands.
