Decent training program overshadowed by micromanagement issues

They provide a decent remote training program for new hires and they are an ESOP.

Cons

Lots of micromanagement and metrics-based performance measures. I was literally cold calling from a list of assigned prospects for 8 hours all day long. Not a sustainable career and somewhat of a pyramid scheme like structure.
