      I’ve been searching for a new opportunity for a while prior to meeting Diana Vallecillo. Diana reached out to me about an opportunity that had all of the benefits that I desired. The application process was seamless. She gave me pointers on how to have a great interview and I am now working with an amazing company. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism!

      great company culture, lots of flexibility, the company understands family commitments, high earning potential, ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - internal stock payout every year in addition to 401k match.

      -Temporary role -Office location was nice

      Cons

      -They seem to be a heavily "numbers" firm--you are another number in their database. -Poor communication from the recruiter - Made promises but never delievered(example would be them asking you to apply on their site but never reaching out to you with any job opportunities. I reached out several times for positions I was qualified for and the recruiter kept saying she would get back to me but she never did.She just placed me on the back burner. Never came through, it was a disappointing but made me realize they were not a good firm to work with).
