      Decent people to work with.

      -Lower than average salaries for this type of role -Constant push for gathering company information from every source; leading candidates (who would not be considered staff-able) to believe we will help them find work -Posting ads for non-existent jobs in order to bring in and interview candidates to have 'oh hold' should something eventually arise. - Cold calling, all the time -Push to meet unattainable goals (connects, meetings, interviews and so on) -Micro-management at its finest

      They set you up quick with a job. Convenient if you need something temporary.

      Compensation could have less taken off the top. The position you receive might not fit your skill set.

      Pros

      The leadership group at CFS is committed to my success as a recruiter are ready to help with direction and the right tools when I meet new challenges. At every turn I'm glad to be part of this team. I meet top talent through our CPA firm affiliate, an advantage other recruiters in my market do not have. I hear directly from the President of CFS and VPs with congratulations, support and fresh ideas regularly. The ongoing training is excellent.

      Cons

      CFS is based out of Boston, my office is on the West Coast. Sometimes this can cause a small challenge with communication between time zones. My manager makes himself available to me in the evening hours to help alleviate this issue as much as possible.
