My manager, Kayla, was an incredible resource and encouraged me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me in a friendly, open way. She really made my experience with CFS a great one!

Cons

The original signing up process was a little messy at first.

Great people, good job, very flexible as long as you do the work.

Cons

CRM is sloppy and highly recommend coming in with previous recruiting skills, because all recruiters are fishing in the same ponds, so they are Leary to teach tricks.

Most of our employees had no recruiting experience prior to CFS, however, from individuals that have come from other firms, we have been told that we have the best training in the industry. I understand your situation could have been different though.
