Everyone is friendly and wants to grow with you. A lot of resources for training and growth, Generous PTO and Holiday time off, benefits, ESOP, and work-life balance. This is a great opportunity for passionate career motivated individuals.

Pros

The company values are great, the atmosphere between all of us workers is amazing. They supply a great training program for new hires.

Cons

Very micromanaging management & upper management. The metrics that are incorporated, I feel like they are unrealistic for everyone, especially someone just starting out in the role. The company is completely too focused on metrics rather than genuine client / business manager relationships

Pros

The communication and explanation of jobs were perfect. Tara Wiltfong was awesome. She really helped me get a feel for the job opportunities available and I was able to picture myself in those positions and determine if they were right for me. Also, being able to reach CFS via text message is extremely helpful.

Cons

The pay can always be a little higher.
