Cons

I asked them to provide a letter end of contract. I have contacted their director multiple times with no success. Very disappointing.

Pros

The esop is the largest selling point and if you play their game, you can make money.

Cons

It’s all mirrors, no one is genuinely nice, they are greedy and motivated by their own interests. You have to be careful what and who you say things too. They are vindictive if you tamper management ego. As long as you stroke their ego and play the game they set, you should be happy.

My experience with CFS was extraordinary. Not only did they secure an incredible opportunity for me, but they also became a great ally throughout the process.

Cons

I honestly don't see any downsides.. I just see a great opportunity to work with a company that will connect you with great companies and prepare you to get great opportunities.
