I don't recommend working for this staffing agency

Cons

I asked them to provide a letter end of contract. I have contacted their director multiple times with no success. Very disappointing.

Pros

- Room for growth - Ongoing training - Lots of room to make a lot of money - Higher ups care about you and make time to discuss your future company plans, etc.

Cons

- Branch manager went 2 weeks without saying a word to me because I asked for organization in the role - Branch manager would drunk text the employees late at night - When I got laid off (not by her) all she said was "bye" when I walked back into the room - A whole lot of favoritism - Small work space, loud environment, highly distracting

Pros

The esop is the largest selling point and if you play their game, you can make money.

Cons

It’s all mirrors, no one is genuinely nice, they are greedy and motivated by their own interests. You have to be careful what and who you say things too. They are vindictive if you tamper management ego. As long as you stroke their ego and play the game they set, you should be happy.
