those who have been there for a while are good to learn from. opportunity to grow paycheck.

Cons

role stays the same. if someone has been there for a while, it can be hard to break into the market

Making my own schedule, connecting with people, and visiting clients in the Greater City Area. My manager, Erin Power, is always available when I need her but never micro-manages.

Cons

Sometimes having too much freedom in my schedule is dangerous! I had to learn to treat my own time as valuable.
