      It's been a long time coming. I honestly was beyond stressed and feeling like there was no hope here in Fort Wayne. When I placed my application with CFS I didn't know how great things would turn out. They were very helpful, professional, honest and friendly!! I begin working through CFS in October 2016, I was hired into the company as a full time employee December of 2016. What a true blessing they were and how could I not mention Abby; just an amazing person all together; she was everything you want in a recruiter. Helpful, prompt, friendly and professional!!! I pray everything works out with my current company but if not I know where to turn!!!!

      I honestly can't see any. I never had an issue even once. They grade a!!!

      Pros

      Great training, fun work environment and awesome people. This is an amazing place to learn the ropes of recruiting. Upper management is incredibly welcoming and supportive and will take time out of their day for you, no questions asked. They truly are invested in your success and will do whatever it takes to help you reach your potential.

      Cons

      Nothing unique to CFS. It is a very competitive industry and you have to develop your own network of clients and candidates, same with any other agency.

      Pros

      If you are moving from one part-time job to the next, they are excellent at having opportunities lined up in advance. Impressively on top of things, always easy to get in touch, fast responses.

      I have nothing negative to report about CFS.
