      Pros

      Somewhat decent pay, other than that nothing.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at it's finest, and a metrix that is ridiculous. This company is a very small fish, in a big pond, as competition is fierce and the only thing this "staffing" firm has going for it, is the CPA firms that seem to back it but in all actuality they really don't have anything to do with CFS. Great for entry level, if you are experience in the field of recruiting or selling...STEER CLEAR...RUN!!!

      Pros

      Its a great place to work for if you strive in making money for your self and the company. On the ER role, its all about keeping a good momentum and there is good tools that CFS can help you accomplish that. If you do have that drive to make money, its a great place and job to be successful and happy.

      Cons

      Management needs to probably be more strategic in working with different generations. Nothing that is extremely negative, but I can see as we are getting to me more of a Millennium focused world, some practices with encouraging this generation can be differ from past generations.

      I have worked in many different sales positions and companies and no one comes close to the leadership and culture here at CFS. I feel like I've become a part of an incredible family. They provide all the tools you need to be successful starting with extensive training and continuing with on going support. From upper management to my Director to my co-workers, I feel respected, and encouraged while also pushed to succeed - the perfect balance in a sales position! So happy to be a part of this team!

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of one... They advocate for work life balance and back up their words with actions... They mean what they say and say what they mean!
