Pros

I am completing 4 years in recruiting, 3 of which have been at Creative Financial Staffing. CFS is the best and only organization that I would recommend working in A&F recruiting. The Company provides great training and on-going support in a small entrepreneurial office environment that has access to large company resources. I have watched people both succeed and fail at CFS and find it unfortunate that those who have failed blame the company and not their own efforts (or lack thereof). A sales-driven environment isn't for everyone. CFS has a fairly flat organization structure so generally there isn't a "sit on top of you every minute of every day" management style as with other recruiting firms. I believe this is a good thing but some people need to be micro-managed to be successful and in that case, CFS may not be for you.

Cons

It's not perfect but as close as you can get for an outstanding recruiting firm known for its quality brand and long tenure of employees.

Pros

Fantastic management, local team is incredible, work/life balance and no ceiling to earning potential!

Cons

PTO should increase after 3 yrs of employment especially for fully commissioned employees.

Pros

Great management and very low turnover. There are many employees who have been with the company for over 10 years. There are also lots of training opportunities. Managements goal is to help you succeed. Commission payouts increase with production over time. Income potential is unlimited. It all depends on you! CFS recently became an ESOP. That means everyone owns a piece of the company.

Cons

Very decentralized. It makes a mid size company feel small at times, but there are national training events and sales incentive trips that make up for that.
