      Hopeful of a good future

      Pros

      Supportive Staff. Recognize talent and appreciate/reward it pretty consistently

      Cons

      Better Management of resources needed. Clients can be demanding at some times and management has to stand tight in support of employees in such situations. The culture at the company can be better, although it is starting to go up. Their offices can be given a nice facelift so that it is more inviting and workable.

      There are so many pros I can think of. Broad range of services to work on (Mobility, Cloud, Embedded Systems, etc) and learn from. Good Projects, Aggressive and Progressive employee base, Decent Salary Package, Incentives, Personal Growth, Work Culture.

      Great place to grow your career

      Pros

      Fast growing company that allows for many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Executive leadership in Dallas has an open door policy, and you can easily approach them to ask questions about the company, or seeking advice on your career growth. Leaders on most of the project accounts also allow for growth as well and are very understanding when personal issues come up. Biggest positive of this company is the ability to grow as fast as you can. Lastly, Cyber Group is also great about building camaraderie amongst everyone with social gatherings.

      Cons

      While Cyber Group has a performance review cycle and process, and it seems that not all middle level management adhere to the process. I wish the vacation was 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks, but I am hearing a rumor that may be changed soon. Time entry system is horrible.
