      Pros

      Transparent leadership with high moral values and company is employee friendly, this is the company which has given support and guidance to grow and excel in career. Everyday seems to be a new day to me since the time I became the part of the Cyber Family. Very technical and competitive environment for any person to have work satisfaction and also management is good in terms of employees’ recognition and awards, every small step is rewarded and also multiple surprise bonus and awards comes on way.

Cyber Group is growing enormously right now and I couldn't agree more, that this is a great place for opportunities to happen.

      Company full of lickspittle

      Pros

      1.Having no technical knowledge, not to worry cyber Group is there. 2. If you are really good lickspittle and you can ask nonsensical question in front of crowd, then Cyber group is perfect organisation for you. You will get visit onsite, in a Year you will consider senior developer and in 10 years gradually land up becoming director for sure and higher management will appreciate the lickspittle on forums like town hall meeting. Application comes like double quotes became Director and hardworking donkey is still manager. 3. one truly best part is no time constrain there, absolutely flexible.

      Cons

      1. People are getting fired in bulk without any appropriate reason. The List gets created by higher management sitting onsite who are having no idea regarding role of the respective employees. 2. there is a team organised by cyber group who are employee of the organisation and intentionally posting positive review, beware of all five-star review. 3. total project count is drastically decreasing since there is scarcity of good technical people and overloading of good speakers. 4. Strangest rule is if an employee is not in formal attire for a day his/her pay gets deducted (as an EL) however if the same dress code policy is violated by an HR there are no actions taken which implies HR/admin are the Supreme powers over here.
