      Good HR activities. Good office parties

      - Vice president says, we have thrown out the garbage after laying off the employee who has invested his 8 years in the company - No career growth - Managers are not helpful and supportive. They will threat you by saying you will be laid off if the work is not done by EOD

      Nothing as i can see in my tenure

      Cons

      1. First of all, if you have good chugli skills then sky is the limit for you. :-p 2. Senior staff take advantage of junior and mid level employees. 3. Seniors can take WFH here so easily just to reduce the hangover they had due to late night drinks, but an employee in need not allowed to take WFH even in urgent situations.

Servant leadership is a key component of our expectation framework & all employees, whether senior-level or junior-level, are encouraged to lead by example. Our mature, well-defined work-from-home policy allows remote work on a needs-basis & not a convenience basis.       Only Politics No work No Ethics

      Pros

      1- flexible working hours 2- Talented technical employees although they are wasting their time and career

      Cons

      1-favoritism and politics 2-people on top or who have the power they play games, they will never encourage your work 3-no project pipeline, have lost all their projects 4-use outdated technology, no learning 5-management on top has no brain, they have no business knowledge, favorite people are sent to US and promoted as Director or VP 6-hire and fire is the common practice they follow 7-if you go against any powerful person or unintentionally hurt his/her ego they will be after you and they will fire you without intimating you and without giving any reason
