      Pros

      if you have no technical skills at all and lack common sense but you are verbal like that kid in you class who always had questions just to have questions and wasted your time then you are probably gonna end up a director in this company.

      Cons

      your skills will rust. You will hear a new management philosophy every other day which will never work.

      Pros

      IT culture. Get together parties and events. No timing pressure. salary whatever u want (no negotiation)

      Cons

      1. No vision for coming future. Since last 15 years no much growth. 2. Hire and fire. Keep firing on enormous rate from every deaprtment. (Fresher's even get fired) 3. No proper utilisation of resources. 4. No supportive HR. 5. No planning in ters of vision and resource management. (Ex. Shifted 2 times in a year to dofferent locations) 6. U may b told not to come from tomorrow 7. Indian employees are treated as labour resources and us employee's are treated as bosses. Us returned are mind wased to act as they are super.

      It saddens us that you felt this way during your time with us, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Regarding your comment on termination, growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do. Termination is taken very seriously and only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways. It also only occurs after utilizing our 90-day performance improvement plan and with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices.
