      Pros

      - Flexible working hours - Pay is little above market average - I met some of the best peers of my career here

      Cons

      - You won't be working on the latest "in" technologies in the market as upper management seems resistant to it. Also they don't have that kind of projects - Sycophants are being appreciated more than the right talent. This seems like the main problem for the downfall. - CEO is fighting to uplift the company, but he's not looking in the right direction (the Main Problem)

      Pros

      1. Young and energetic offshore. 2. Growth potential for talented freshers is there. 3. Internal systems are evolving and maturing with time.

      Cons

      1. Lack of strong sales pipeline leads of hire and fire. No scope for bench. If you in company and don't have project, better find a job before they fire. 2. Default policy is to fire on same day and not give time to search job, so risk of gap in career if you get fired. 3. Zero processes, you can learn technology to deliver small projects but no scope to learn how programs works. 4. Not good for senior leads or managers who worked or managed million+ dollar projects

      Good company to start your career.

      Pros

      So many pros, I have started my career in this company, So much to learn, they give you the opportunity to learn new technologies, Great package(even more than some big names), Amazing working environment, flexible work timings, They don't afraid to put you in Big projecjs and with Clients. For freshers, just be patient initially for projects, after getting its upto you and your talent.

      Cons

      i cant think of any cons, Sometimes some new recruits(freshers) get projects a bit late(just be patient) around 1 or 2 months. They don't provide transportation.
