      1. Processes not lined so management needs to work on that. 2. Need to concentrate more on Employee Recognition. 3. Need to promote the company.

      - Leadership are very approachable - if management brings any new policy or takes any decision, it first discuss/share with every employee and wants to know employees opinion. - Company very much supportive with employee's work/life balance. - best thing about this company, everyone share his/her views/ideas with others. Its helps to encourage yourself to improve more and more.. - Even company also encourage you to learn new thing, by organize learning sessions(like.. Tech-Talk) - organize some fun activity on some interval of time, that helps employee to balance with work.
