Pros

Foosball table and that's it?

Cons

Hire and fire. No value, low salary. Senior management thinks they are everyhting and can do anything. Buttering and boot-licking runs in the blood of the company. Come here if you want to lose your self-esteem. All the positive review are fake.

Pros

Management practices "servant leadership" (really! Exec team sacrifices readily& proactively to protect the health and stability of the company) Family-oriented work environment and flexible work-life balance if you need it (as long as you are flexible in meeting the clients' needs) Low turnover, mentoring and coaching across all teams, opportunities for growth (you get out of it what you put into it). Only people I've seen let go were those who didn't keep a positive attitude when problems occurred. All who were willing to work on behalf of growing the company were given a chance to re-train or work on internal projects, even if incoming work was a bit slow. Fantastic benefits, some of the best I've ever had in terms of medical costs and quality provider-partners. Just nice people who will go out of their way to help each other whenever it's needed!

Cons

Can get overscheduled on projects at times

Thank you for the feedback. We strive to provide the environment that you have described here and we are so glad to hear that you are appreciating the culture, leadership, and benefits! Also, thank you for bringing our attention to overscheduling. As you mentioned, this does happen from time to time. The management team keeps a close eye on utilization week to week and strives to investigate and take action to prevent this from happening especially in consecutive weeks. This feedback is really helpful so thank you again for taking the time to share!

Pros

If you're good at what you do, you can work less hours and still come out doing better since most of the people hired are unskilled since they want to pay dirt cheap salaries. Note: this doesn't always work as sometimes they will assign you to two clients at once (so that you work at night and never have time for family or hobbies) without extra compensation

Cons

Low salary unless you're a favorite (usually involves being related or close friends with VP and above). Hard work will get recognized with cheap awards rather than salary increase or bonuses. You can be promised bonuses and never receive it as they will just dance around the questions and say "it's coming" for months (not sure how long it would have gone for since I left but I've heard it can go for years). If they get you a visa, expect even worse treatment. Constantly hiring inadequate people to avoid paying normal salaries. High turnover. I'm still in contact with the few people who have stayed but they say it hasn't gotten any better. No room to grow unless you're a favorite.
