6yThank you for the feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the work environment and growth opportunities! Growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do and we take termination very seriously. Termination only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways & this is only occurs after engaging in our 90-day performance improvement plan with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices. We are sorry that you felt this way during your time with us and we are very open to hear additional feedback if you’d be open to providing it.

Our most recent Best Places to Work survey found that over 90% of our team feels that senior leadership values people as our very most important resource. Servant leadership is a key component of our expectation framework & all employees, whether senior-level or junior-level, are encouraged to lead by example. Our mature, well-defined work-from-home policy allows remote work on a needs-basis & not a convenience basis.
