      Thank you for the feedback. We are glad that your experience working with us was positive overall. Regarding your comment on termination, growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do. Termination is taken very seriously and only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways. It also only occurs after utilizing our 90-day performance improvement plan and with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices. Thank you again for sharing your feedback!
