It saddens us that you felt this way during your time with us, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Regarding your comment on termination, growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do. Termination is taken very seriously and only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways. It also only occurs after utilizing our 90-day performance improvement plan and with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices.

Plenty of room to grow. Relaxed and productive atmosphere. Flexibility. Employee engagement outings are fun. Hard work is recognized.

We will be investing a lot of focus on STEM education in schools with employees as ambassadors in addition to other team building initiatives going forward.
