      You will like the challenges. Management cares and depends on you.

      Cons

      Due to multi-shore activity expect to work at least thirty minutes Sunday through Thursday during your off hours- while at home; unfortunately, this does disrupt home life.

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours - Pay is little above market average - I met some of the best peers of my career here

      Cons

      - You won't be working on the latest "in" technologies in the market as upper management seems resistant to it. Also they don't have that kind of projects - Sycophants are being appreciated more than the right talent. This seems like the main problem for the downfall. - CEO is fighting to uplift the company, but he's not looking in the right direction (the Main Problem)
