      Pros

      Very Good Work environment; its an Employee Friendly company. Employee Safety and Security is there priority. CG is a fast growing company which helps in growing employees personally and professionally. Leadership team is also very approachable. They always try to motivate you for continuous improvement and learning new things.

      Cons

      No CMMI Level right now, but I am very sure management will be working on this aspect as well.

      Recently Joint hence it would be too early to give the conclusion but few points can be shared on the basis of my long working experience in corporate world (1) Every process is smooth and easy going whether it is HR or Finance. (2) Infrastructure is not bad and day by day improving (3) Salary is good (4) A good standard reflects in everything. (5) HR and admin is disciplined and good. ... to be continued

      (1) Nobody is perfect in this world and the same goes with a Company too. (2) Meal is expensive considering it quality. it is more expensive than the cab (3) Cab is for Noida and Greater Noida staff. ... to be continued

      The worst place and the worst work culture

      Pros

      A very god place to learn politics so that when you grow old you will well fit into the parliament of India. No work ethics. knocking others keeping the gun on others shoulders. You need to keep on buttering your seniors so that you get appreciated for your work inspite of the fact that you have never done anything. very very unprofessional organisation.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. this organisation is one which I have seen in my entire career that they never take care of their employees. They only take care of them who are the chamchas of them.

      Very interesting feedback here. We take pride in building a company which attracts young and entrepreneurial talent. Employees can set their own pace of growth and get rewarded instead of standing on the same line. The testament to our employee satisfaction can be stemmed from the many recognitions Cyber Group has received. We have been consistently been on the best places to work which surveys our employees. Such surveys require over 90% employee participation. We continue to grow year over year and are the recipient of several growth awards including INC 5000. Leaders of Cyber Group take growing people very seriously. I am proud of the leadership team we have. We have a great customer satisfaction rating which primarily stems from happy employees. When I read this review in question, I ponder if this is a case of sour grapes.
