Each of the listed behaviors has never been seen or reported by other employees to Human Resources or to leadership. If it had, it would have immediately been addressed. We have employees with strong ethical code, within our Human Resources team as well as in our leadership. We pride ourselves in ensuring that a safe, productive work culture is manifested. One way we do this is by having both our HR and leaders sit on the floor with our employees. The feedback left here is unfortunate and inaccurately portrays the reality of Cyber Group.
At Cyber Group, we strive to have a culture that is driven top down, meaning we expect our leaders to set the positive tone and strong work ethic that is expected out of all our employees. While there is an expectation for managers and directors to drive a project to success, we encourage an open-door policy where each employee is able to discuss what concerns they are having and we celebrate successes as a team. Our leaders are each accessible and encourage all employees to reach out. We are a professional work environment and look for employees that are driven to be leaders, which means we have people who are dedicated and committed to the success of their projects
