Growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do and we take termination very seriously. Termination only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways & this is only occurs after engaging in our 90-day performance improvement plan with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices. Our mature, well-defined work-from-home policy allows remote work on a needs-basis & not a convenience basis.
