While leadership is pretty decentralized, managers seem to sincerely care about their people and support opportunities for growth. There is helpful training offered for both professional and personal development. It is often said and demonstrated that if you want success here, raising your hand and showing initiative will take you far. CGB has so many divisions - there's something for everyone if you are willing to learn and ask questions.

Cons

Regional Managment only cares about one thing, their bottomline. During a regional safety meeting they had the audacity to put a price tag to someone's life while trying to demonstrate how much revenue we would need to generate to recoup cost for loss of life while on the job.
