There is a can-do attitude at CGB and a lot of support from team members. The work is demanding but the resources to get the job done are ample. There is a proactive approach to business so you have to be willing to speak up.

Cons

There is a lot of work to get done. The hours can be long. From top f the company to the fields, harvest season is demanding on every person in the company.

Youll gain a lot of experience and responsibility if you stick around long enough.

Cons

Pay is not reflective of responsibilities or experience. Management is taken advantage of, outside of work time isnt respected, expected to be efficient and profitable with understaffed and failing equipment. In order to get raises or career opportunities it’s expected that youll have to move.
