Great employer w/positive culture!

Pros

Open minded people who are happy to teach, share and learn. Plenty of career opportunity as you gain sufficient experience. Decent base salaries (Mostly). You get lots of exposure to work activities early, can be a very exciting experience.

Cons

HR department is very difficult to deal with, they have forgotten interview dates in past history and take a while to deal with any given issue. Also recent grads should expect a tougher time gaining competitive salary rates, you're lack of experience will be used against you (not entirely a con).
