      Pros

      Great place to start if you have no experience - they take anyone

      Cons

      Horrible place if you want: Career advancement Training of any sort Good salary (or a decent one at that) Good management Friendly work environment. You have to basically kiss up to the 'account executive' in order to get a decent raise or get promoted. Very clique - y, and if you're not in the right clique, forget it. Management doesn't understand the concept of profit and loss - think everything that is expensed doesn't come out of their budget. Had to layoff 15 people because the management team didn't manage the finances correctly.

      Pros

      Decent Colleagues Some Clients Require no work life balance ie no work all life. Good if you want to waste a few months. Terrible if you want to develop a career.

      Cons

      They have too many bodies and can’t sell enough work. The problem is they hire individuals who are good but just stick them on whatever project is available without any consideration for actual skills and personal development. The results in a company which has bright people without a clearly defined skill set.
