      Pros

      Great benefits, I believe you can obtain life insurance on your pets. As with all companies at this time, they only offer high-deductible insurance policies that are accompanied by an HSA. Dental and vision coverage are still better than other companies. I almost always received a refund from the doctor's office after paying the estimated upfront cost.

      Cons

      No room for growth. I remained on a project for over 6 years and during that time I attempted to leave the project on several occasions but was not even considered b/c I was not supported by my immediate manager.

      Pros

      I think quite a bit depends on the people you work with, but I absolutely loved my time with CGI because my coworkers and managers were incredible people. It is a great place to get your start as team members were quick to share knowledge and managers were interested in helping you craft your career path the way you wanted to go. I also enjoyed the work itself quite a bit.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay and a laughable raise after receiving high praise in performance reviews.
