Pros
Great share purchase plan available to all employees. Hdhp with a low maximum out of pocket annual maximum. A lot of focus on employee to invest and become a stake holder. Focus on employee health was great.
Cons
Advancement meant nothing more than an increase in responsibility. When stepping into a more demanding position and brought up compensation, they told me it would be handled at the annual review
