      Pros

      Pay is very good. The stock purchase program is decent.

      Cons

      Where to start? Never have I worked for a company so internally dysfunctional. I am honestly surprised they make money. You can literally work here, get paid very well, and do nothing. It's impossible to get rid of underperformers as a manager, the only time people go is when a contract is lost. It's very aggregating to say the least!
