Pros

Telecommuting several days a week. I worked in the Troy, AL office. VERY small town (too small for an alternative to Walmart for shopping).

Cons

I was happy while working on 1st project. 2nd project I was put on was NOT a fit for my skill set and I was nearly immediately put on performance probation. They moved me to AL where no one on my project resided and I did everything remotely from my team. There was no reason that I should have been moved. If I had known it was short term I would not have moved my family or bought a house.
