Best at office politics at different level Work life balance

Cons

Nothing to learn at fresher stage Salary Hikes are negligible (0-4%) even if the Business unit is performing at 150% No sync between RMs and HRs HRs doesn't have full knowledge of their work (HR policies are fully chaotic) Most of the RMs are always ready with crappy answers to your problems Company is still operating in outdated platforms They will acknowledge to your problem however they won't rectify it and passing on the blame to others.
