Work - Life Balance is superb , lots of celebrations, games organised, SPP , Encouragement to attend trainings , flexible time and work from home option available , very low work pressure

Cons

Low package for freshers , conservatism prevails as majority of work force is from AP/Telanga.. Mostly managers end up talking in Telegu , though senior management is trying to focus on diversity and integrating freshers who hail from different states.
