      Benefits are the only positive thing why people stay there.

      Hostile environment. Very first day rude mean worker setting up my badge yelled loudly at me for not recognizing the company acronym. Said I should not be working here if I didn't know to the company name. Hostile environment, live in lockers, only water fountains, mgmt treat you like a child, you get bounced around because they make the process difficult where's job very simple do they look good, it's extremely micromanaged ex you are Monitored minute by minute....no joke. Director is just as nuts as the rest and I am not kidding.

      No room for growth or control over your career, not easy to change between roles/jobs, high deductible insurance, low 401k match compared to similar companies, Zero communication on happenings within company or able to communicate with management, below average compensation and benefits compared to similar companies, not always challenging enough, this location you are pushed into certain jobs with no say

      Minimal supervision from Directors. Expectation that employees are professional to their peers/colleagues. Share Purchase Plan is nice.

      Cons

      Director/VP level is "cliquey" and if you are not inside the trust circle, good luck advancing your career. General lack of direction and oversight, also contributes to employees just doing whatever they feel like, up to not reporting for shifts. Management's consistent desire to "do more with less"
