Pros

Friendly, active, mostly young co-workers. Policies and ideals are fantastic (if only they were followed.)

Cons

It seems CGI hires employees that are young and green so they can take advantage of their naivety and pay them little while expecting lots of extra hours. Vacation and comp time are often ignored and you're expected to let it go to waste. There's no thanks for going above and beyond.
