Pros

The pay is well above average. Bonuses are generous. Benefits are great. Theres even a yearly $5000 childcare fund for employees. By far the best company I've ever worked for. They really care about their employees and patients. Lots of opportunities for advancement, regardless of your position.

Cons

As with anywhere in the healthcare field, especially with covid right now, there are staffing shortages and we are stretched thin.

Great company with decent pay. Good environment and great coworkers.

Cons

Environment can change quickly. At times, scheduling needs for employees can be overlook for good of company or more senior employees. Training/shadowing opportunities are not provided as promised, limiting advancement opportunities.

Pros

Good benefits, good pay, good PTO package.

Cons

They ask so much of their medical staff it is insane. They are losing amazing medical assistants and other staff because of this. Medical Assistants are being beaten down and it is exhausting. I don't think I can do it for much longer. The things they ask of us and want us to do and complete is ridiculous and not nearly as much as other healthcare companies in the area.
