Pros

- flexible working schedule and remote work - people in the team and also from the shared services are helpful, approachable and nice -you have the opportunity to see first hand, learn and contribute to how a corporate startup operates and potentially scales -you can widen your network to high-level contacts both internally and externally

Cons

-reporting frequency to the board of investors may vary but could consume the limited time of part-time employees at times -metrics on startup pivots can be established to provide more clarity on the overall direction
