Pros

- Flexible working hour - Flexibal work place within Germany - HQ in Mannheim with flexi desks for everyone - Very fast and dynamic Strong networking and cooperation also scross teams

Cons

- Not too many benefits which you are might be used to in a corporate world - HQ not very close to food or city center
