Cons

Does not match industry PTO or work/life balance Commission structure is extremely flawed compared to other sales jobs Micro-management is an issue.

The Perks are Nice, but the Culture Really Means Something

Pros

All the fun things, Employee Appreciation Week, Culture Clubs, Game Room, Yoga, Gym are great. Yet what stands out more than anything is the culture. Putting People First really is everything here, and it honestly blows me away every day.

Cons

In Salt Lake there's still a lot of your expected white, Mormon men at the top. What's truly impressive though is that CHG is actually taking steps to make moving up more equal and fair.
