Engaging and supportive work culture. Peers and managers care about your professional development. Working with kids and their families is very rewarding. If you work at least part time, you can qualify for tuition reimbursement up to 10K/ year - and the process is surprisingly very easy.

Cons

Pay is lower than other hospitals in the area.
