      management was disorganized and not transparent. workload was often unmanageable given the amount of work hours and productivity expectations.

      Good crew to work with on the day to day. Good teamwork between nurses.

      Cons

      Upper leadership doesn't seem to know their employees or what's important for them. They are so focused on being a "premier" destination for pediatric health, but forget that the nurses are the backbone and need to be respected and seen.
