      Pros

      CHRISTUS Health champions highly skilled professionals who are extremely passionate about providing quality service to customers.

      Cons

      Some departments have recently expanded so the learning curve is steep for new employees who do not have previous employees knowledge within their training program. With so many employees moving to other departments its difficult to cross-train.
