Pros

The front line nurses that come to work at Christus to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ are beautiful! Too bad they are used and abused by Doctors and the C-suite.

Cons

The company will lie and decieve you to get you to relocate and work for them. Get a severance clause in your contract!

Pros

Working with children Providers Bonding with patients Flexibility

Cons

Pay The lies that were told as to why I was being paid so little. At my one year evaluation my MANAGER asked me if I was certified. I found this odd to be asked this after working for an entire YEAR! I was asked to bring in my certification again, after already giving this information to the manager at my interview and it was also given to HR. I was told that it was because i was not certified that i was making less than $12.00 an hour. After turning in all my information to management AGAIN, and them seeing I was infact certified it was then changed to the fact I had no experience in the medical field. Which was another way to try and cover their mess because I infact did have experience as a caregiver prior to my employment with them! I did stay another year because I loved what I did and I loved working with “my babies”. Also the PNP I worked for was amazing and I learned a lot from working with her. And no matter if I was being done wrong by the company “my patients” nor the provider deserved mistreatment or for me to just walk out. Being lied to during the interview process MANAGEMENT!! Employees does not matter to them.
