      Pros

      Really good coworkers overall but there are a lot of cliques and favoritism that goes on.It can be who you know.

      Cons

      It is the not same a lot of things have changed and not for the better. There are departments that are not making it and its just not the same. Nursing has really changed and many nurses are gone plus managers also. The CNO left and so did many of the other leaders. Its hard to know who to trust anymore.
