      Pros

      Good location, some smart people, co-workers are nice and always willing to help. Gym, covered parking. Everyone works hard

      Cons

      Micro-management, no many chance to move upward, lots of work and no overtime allowed if you are paid hourly. Not well organized on board training, no learning opportunities. Low salary, no opportunity to grow

      Good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Health insurance not so good too much is out of network for such small town. No room for growth, all about who you know.

      Pros

      The relationships between other coworkers they are really like family. Opportunity for overtime does exist -there still appears to be a shortage of nurses there for opportunities do exist for those who enjoy working overtime to get it.

      Cons

      No opportunities readily available for advancement. The hospital technology is really behind the times. A shortage of physicians -coupled with the A nursing shortage equals low morale and no opportunities to gain magnet status which would attract more nurses.
