      Pros

      Lots of flexibility with your hours, and the work is primarily patient education and administrative. No direct bedside nursing required.

      Cons

      No structure, PTO accrual is so minimal that there will be many days where there is no work for you to do and you will be expected to go without pay.

      Pros

      There is a compassion and family vibe that I adore. It fits with my personal mission statement in life and I love it.

      Cons

      I'm about 3 months into employment here and can't think of a negative just yet. When I do, I will come back and amend my review if possible. But - so far, so good!
