pay scales aren't on par with the industry, and the hierarchy is the only thing that seems to matter. way to bureaucratic.

When I worked there it was a disaster. The management was awful. Charge nurses were catty. It was like a high school cafeteria. You had the mean girls, then everyone else. It was awful. Upper management wasn’t involved in anything. Granted marshall is small, but HR comes by quarterly. The CNO is not very involved. All of the management is new. Basically everyone in Marshall is new. It’s dangerous. Lots of cut corners and short cuts taken. THE WORST place to start. HR is cut throat and unreliable. It’s pretty much every man for themselves. There’s no consistency coming down the pipes. It just needs to be shut down.
